Vice PresidentJoe is the manager of Westchester Modular Homes of Fairfield County. He brings over 20 years of new home construction experience having built over 500 homes to date. In addition Joe is our chief new home consultant constantly creating solutions for client needs in the complex world of building homes and meeting budget expectations.
David Dillman
Designer/BuilderIn 2004 David joined Westchester Modular Homes of Fairfield County after many years working as a regional sales manager and national sales manager in both the marine and packaging industry.
